Ornate Events works with trusted vendors and third-party service providers (e.g., caterers, florists, photographers) to deliver a seamless event experience. While we coordinate these services, we are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the performance of third-party vendors. To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, as outlined in your service agreement. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement.
Failure to pay any outstanding balance by the agreed-upon due dates may result in penalties, interest charges, or cancellation of services. We reserve the right to withhold services if payments are not made on time.
You may incur additional charges if changes are made to the original service agreement or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the planning or execution of your event. These costs will be communicated to you in writing before any further action is taken.
If you wish to cancel your event, you must notify us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and any cancellation fees will be based on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the event date, as outlined in your service agreement.
In the rare event that we must cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. We will also make reasonable efforts to refer you to another event planning professional.
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and materials provided on our website or during the course of our services are the intellectual property of Ornate Events. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.
